As a licensed landscape architect, Bret currently holds the position of Associate at TVLS, bringing an impressive 16 years of professional expertise in landscape architecture, across a diversity of contexts. He holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees from St. Cloud State University, combining Studio Art and Cultural Anthropology. Furthering his academic pursuits, Bret earned his Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2007.

Since then, Bret has consistently dedicated himself to cultivating an inventive body of work that not only challenges but also delights the end-user. His professional journey is characterized by a steadfast commitment to reinforcing site design concepts through strategic material expression and refined detailing. Employing a comprehensive approach, Bret ensures the unfolding of the site’s complete narrative at various scales and from myriad perspectives.
