Designer

Devoted to nature and outdoor spaces, Erika finds inspiration in all aspects of the outdoor experience. As a designer at TVLS, she combines her interests in fine art, graphic design, and the aesthetic potential of the living landscape.

Erika earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art from Hamline University and an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Production from South Central College. Her artwork has earned her the Eliza A. Drew Prize in both drawing and painting from Hamline University and an Individual Artist Grant from the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council. She gained experience in shared outdoor spaces as an intern at Public Art Saint Paul, bridging art and artists with community landscapes. Erika was previously employed as an art director at a print company and as a freelance graphic artist, specializing in logo design, product branding, and promotional development.

With a strong passion for the natural environment, Erika has a special interest in tending to medicinal plantings. This interest has driven her to establish a therapeutic herb garden and her own line of natural health care products. Erika seeks to combine her background in art with her interest plants, healing, and the human environment.
